Thesis explores leading via the concepts of courage, self-awareness, and communication to encourage self-analysis for the cultivation of individual self-leadership cultures towards effective organizational outcomes. It proposes self-leadership to address relationship-based workplace challenges, such as toxic cultures and quiet quitting, by leveraging effective communication practices, behavior change models, theories of motivation, and the cultivation of positive climates, cultures, and psychological safety.
